The City of Yelm is happy to provide space to many events throughout the year where citizens and businesses ban together to provide a true sense of community. Mayor Joe, City Council members, and City staff, actively seek and promote new opportunities for community involvement.
On the left is a list of events held in Yelm throughout the year that bring our families together. We are thankful to all the volunteers and organizations who continue to make these events possible!
Organizations that wish to host a public, community event in one of our parks, must fill out a City of Yelm Park Rental Permit Application .
The cost for public, community events held at Yelm City Park (including Yelm Community Center), Longmire Park, or Cochrane Park is as follows:
One Day Event: $750, plus $250 deposit (Verified nonprofit pricing $500, plus $250 deposit)
Two Day Event: $1000, plus $250 deposit (Verified nonprofit pricing $750, plus $250 deposit)
