Judge Thomas L. Meyer 
The second of eights sons, born and raised in Olympia, WA, Judge Meyer attended local schools and graduated from Gonzaga Law School in 1974. Prior to law, he worked as a carpenter and commercial fisherman. The Honorable Thomas L. Meyer has served as Yelm’s Municipal Court Judge since 1992.

Court Administrator, Sonia S. Ramirez
Originally from Texas, Sonia has been a Lacey, WA resident since 2005. She has worked in the legal field since 1999 in Texas, California and now Washington. Besides being a mother of three very active children, Sonia enjoys volunteering in the community, cooking, Zumba, and spending time with family and friends. Sonia joined the City of Yelm family in 2013.

Donni grew up in the town of Yelm and is a 2008 Yelm High School Graduate. She worked in town as a Secretary for attorney, Bernard L. Perez, for 4 years before joining the City of Yelm as the Court Clerk.   In her free time, Donni enjoys spending time with her husband and twin girls, reading, yoga, and doing projects around the house.




Brent PhotoBrent Dille, City Prosecutor/City Attorney
Brent Dille is president of Dille Law, PLLC whose practice emphasizes municipal law, real estate, business, and trust and estate planning.  Mr. Dille is a frequent lecturer at local and regional estate planning, real estate, and business planning seminars. After graduating from the University of Washington and prior to law school, Brent managed the west coast office of Ocean Marine Ship brokerage, marketing commercial vessels world-wide.  Mr. Dille graduated from Seattle University School of Law and has been recognized as a rising star for two consecutive years in the area of estate planning by Washington Law and Politics.  He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the South Puget Sound Estate Planning Council and currently serves on the board of directors of the South Puget Sound Community College Foundation and former board member of the Olympia Hands On Children’s Museum.

Daniel B. Havirco, Jr.
Daniel B. Havirco, Jr. has practiced law for over twenty years, with a strong backgroud in criminal law.  Currently, his practice emphasizes criminal defense, administrative law, and health care provider licensing and discipline issues. After graduating from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, he worked as an auditor for the Internal Revenue Service.  He graduated from the University of Oreon School of Law in 1990 and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. Aside from the practice of law, he studied the piano for several years, and currently enjoys playing several varieties, especially jazz.  His other interests include hiking, skiing and cycling.  


SnevaJosh Sneva
Josh Sneva is a Public Defender for the City of Yelm.  He received his BA from Pacific Lutheran University and JD from Seattle University School of Law. He has been practicing criminal law in South Puget Sound for over a decade.  Prior to working for the City of Yelm, he has worked the Thurston County Office of Assigned Counsel. and is also currently in private practice in Thurston County when not representing clients in Yelm Municipal Court.
